There cannot be a comparison between the two for the simple reason that cloud hosting technology while SSD is a hardware drive used in storage systems. SSD is a device used for storing non-volatile information and are often considered as a replacement for the hard disk drives to reduce latency while improving the performance.

I am totally agree with your point kratika. We can not compare two different things.
