Unfortunately no, we can help you out moving your email messages from your desktop email application. However, we can help you migrating email messages which are stored on the server of your host. This email messages are similar to that of messages you see with web-mail application of your hosting provider. We won’t be able to migrate those messages which have already been deleted from the server and reside exclusively present on your local desktop.
