Creating sub-domains through cPanel can be done by following these steps.

Log into your cPanel and go to the Domains tab. Choose sub-domains and enter the name of your sub domain. Next, choose the domain you want to create the sub-domain for. This can be picked from the drop-down menu. Find the create lab and click to complete the process of sub domain creation through cPanel. When you click the back tab, you can find the page where the sub-domain is listed. Sub domains are generally created for managing the mobile version of a website. It is also used for managing forums, blogs, and stores on smartphones.
