You can easily transfer files to your website by using File Manager situated in cPanel. You need to upload files in public_html directory only. Ensure that an index.html or index.php file exists in public_html to confirm proper working of the site. If in case the file is not available, then the public_html folder can be restored from cPanel. The new files can also be transferred by using FTP (File Transfer Protocol. If you wish to avoid opening FTP access for security concerns, then you can use alternative method of running rsync for file transfer.
