Actually, a Virtual Server is a part of a larger host but acts as a dedicated server. A physical server is sliced into multiple virtual servers hosting, and each of them serves an individual client. Whereas a dedicated server is a physical server entirely reserved to serve an individual client, the reason why a dedicated server hosting is an expensive hosting model.

Because a virtual server shares resources of a physical server with other operating systems, it’s a cheap option. In a virtual environment, Internet service provider or website administrators may have distinct domain names, IPs, file directories, and email administration along with others.
